Hold your camera with both hands. Push both your elbows against your body.
FOCUS YOUR PHONE
Usually this work by tapping on your display where you want something in focus. Often you see a circle or a square.
PEOPLE AND LIGHT
Make sure if you film people they stand in light. Preferably don’t use the LED of your phone.
IF YOU WANT TO MOVE DURING FILMING
Do it swift instead of slow.
IF YOU WANT SOUND
Film on a quiet spot with phone near sound source.
TECHNICAL QUALITY
Use the highest resolution and the automatic exposure setting.
Do not use filters.

The most important tip: keep filming for at least a few seconds of all that you want to film.
